We know shopping online can be tough, so we promise to refund any full-priced clothing* item that you don't like or that doesn't fit; this excludes sale items.
You must return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, so please check the size chart on the product or ask us if you're unsure which size would suit.
Please note, items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Garments that do not meet these requirements or are returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
Please include a note with your order number on it. You can find the order number in your order confirmation email.
* Bags and accessories are not able to be returned, unless faulty
Please note discount codes can not be combined in one order. This also includes using a store credit in conjunction with sale discount codes.
EXCHANGING SALE ITEMS
Sale items and jewellery cannot be refunded, but they can be exchanged or returned for a store credit, however please note return shipping is at the customer's expense and no shipping paid with your order can be refunded. This policy does not include faulty items, which of course can be refunded.
