DON'T LIKE IT? RETURN IT
We know shopping online can be tough, so we promise to refund any full-priced clothing item that you don't like or that doesn't fit.
You must return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, so please check the size chart on the product or ask us if you're unsure which size would suit.
Please note, items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Garments that do not meet these requirements or are returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
Sale items and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Please email us first on email@example.com with the reason for your return – so that we can learn and improve from your experience.
A NOTE ON SIZING
We do a lot of draping and oversized pieces. Sometimes pieces are loose and oversized and sometimes they are of a more regular fit.
Please always check the size chart on the product or ask us if you're unsure which size would suit. We also endeavour to list our model's size and what size they are wearing in the photo, this can often be helpful in determining your size.
Remember return postage is at your expense, so please choose carefully.
Also some of our pieces are unisex. Sometimes we use the sizing system 1, 2, 3 and 4. Which basically indicates the smallest to the largest option. A 1 will not always be exactly the same size as a 1 in another style, as fits vary from style to style.
We will replace any faulty item within 7 days. General wear and tear to garments will not be replaced. If you feel your item is faulty in some way and the fault has occurred outside of the 7 day period, please email us.

We offer free express shipping for all orders over $100 in NZ and over $300 for all other countries. We now use DHL Express for our international shipping so you get your delivery fast.
For orders under these amounts choose your preferred shipping option at checkout, however please note that the buyer accepts all responsibility for untracked orders.
PRIVACY AND DATA POLICY
Our website may collect data during the checkout procedure or when you enter competitions or giveaways. This data is stored securely and is encrypted via Shopify, a respected ecommerce company. We promise to only use your data to: ship online orders, send email updates/newsletters (no more than one per week) and invite you to in store collection launches (no more than twice per year). You can unsubscribe from our database whenever you like, please click the link at the bottom of any email your receive from us, or get in touch and we can unsubscribe you.
