INTERNSHIP APPLICATION
Auckland-based label Jason Lingard accepts unpaid interns.
You must be able to commit to at least 6 hours per week on a regular day. You can specify for how many weeks. We are located near Spark Arena, there is no parking available. Intern hours must be between 9am and 3pm.
As much as possible you will be working on real projects; cutting, pattern-making and production; but this is dependant on your skill level. You won’t be sweeping floorings and making coffee, you’ll actually be learning things. However you may need to help with boring tasks from time to time! But we all do these tasks, even Jason. The company is small, so you’ll be working one-on-one with the designer and our part time workroom assistants Enisa and Jenny.
We are also happy to sign off any work experience hours you need for your studies, now or in the future.
