We will replace any faulty item within 7 days. General wear and tear to garments will not be replaced. If you feel your item is faulty in some way and the fault has occurred outside of the 7 day period, please email us.
We guarantee to refund full-priced items you are not completely happy with (excluding faulty items, which will be replaced) when you return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt (the buyer is responsible for return shipping). Please note, merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Merchandise that does not meet these requirements or is returned after 7 days will not be accepted. Sale items can not be returned for a refund but can be returned for a store credit. Swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are of unsatisfactory quality.
